川西地区地势复杂,以山地和高原为主。其中川西石油资源丰富的地段多为山区,在山区进行钻井采油需要先进的技术和工具。我国目前的石油开采特别注重钻井这一工序,但是在钻井时不可避免的出现卡钻的现象,严重影响了钻井工程的进度和质量。卡钻事故的频繁发生已经成为了我国目前钻井工作中相当严重的事故问题,它对我国的石油开采和现代化建设产生了很大的负面影响。就此,本文从川西钻井中卡钻的原因分析、卡钻带来的负面影响和卡钻对策的分析三个大的方面进行了详细的探讨。
Western Sichuan terrain complex, dominated by mountains and plateaus. Among them, most oil-rich areas in western Sichuan are mostly mountainous areas. Drilling oil production in mountainous areas requires advanced technologies and tools. At present, the petroleum exploitation in our country pays particular attention to the drilling process. However, the phenomenon of stuck pipe inevitably occurs during drilling, which has seriously affected the progress and quality of drilling engineering. The frequent occurrence of stuck pipe accidents has become a serious accident problem in drilling work in our country. It has had a great negative impact on China’s oil exploration and modernization. In this connection, this paper discusses in detail the three major aspects of the causes of stuck pipe drilling in western Sichuan drilling, the negative impact caused by stuck pipe drilling and the analysis of the stuck-pipe measures.
