Law School of Hunan University holds the “Advanced Forum on WTO and Teaching of Chinese Economic Law” at the beginning of the new year. I am honored to have the opportunity to attend this meeting. Here, I would like to express my heart-felt thanks to the hospitality and thoughtful reception of Hunan University School of Law. With the continuous development of the world economic globalization, especially after China became the 143rd member of the World Trade Organization on December 11 last year, our economy has become more integrated into the world economy. The basic tenet of the WTO is to effectively and rationally utilize the resources of the world by establishing an open, complete, sound and lasting multilateral trade system that will promote the development of world trade in goods and services
