目的纵向跟踪分析医科大学生综合素质评估结果,对男女生综合素质发展情况进行比较。方法应用已经建立的医科大学生综合素质评估指标体系,追踪观察某医科大学新生升入二年级后综合素质的变化情况。结果男生的思想道德素质得分没有统计学差异(t=-1.731,P=0.084),综合素质总分、科学文化素质、心理素质、基本能力素质得分提高(t=-2.122,10.162,-4.905,-10.170;P均<0.000),而专业素质、身体素质得分下降(t=4.435,3.596;P均<0.000)。女生的综合素质总分、思想道德素质、心理素质得分没有统计学差异(t=1.927,1.512,-1.488;P均>0.05),科学文化素质、基本能力素质得分升高(t=-2.827,-4.529;P均<0.01),而专业素质、身体素质得分下降(t=2.958,6.359;P均<0.000)。结论男生的综合素质发展情况好于女生,具体体现在男生心理素质的提高较明显。
Objective To track and analyze the comprehensive quality evaluation results of medical college students longitudinally and compare the overall quality of boys and girls. Methods Applying the established index system of comprehensive quality assessment for medical college students, we observe the changes of the comprehensive qualities of freshmen of a certain medical college after they enter the second grade. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of ideological and moral qualities between male and female students (t = -1.731, P = 0.084). The comprehensive quality score, science and culture quality, psychological quality and basic ability quality scores increased (t = -2.122, 10.162, -4.905, -10.170; P <0.000), while the professional quality and physical fitness scores decreased (t = 4.435, 3.596; P <0.000). There was no significant difference in the overall quality score, ideological and moral quality, and psychological quality scores among the girls (t = 1.927,1.512, -1.488; P> 0.05). The score of science and culture and basic ability and quality were higher (t = -2.827, -4.529; P <0.01), while the professional quality and physical fitness scores decreased (t = 2.958, 6.359; P <0.000). Conclusion The development of boys ’overall quality is better than that of girls, which is reflected in the obvious improvement of boys’ psychological quality.
