目的建立测定宁嗽化痰丸中橙皮苷的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法采用美国的LabAlliance仪器,色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.5%醋酸(39:61);检测波长为284 nm,柱温40℃;体积流量0.8 mL/min。理论板数按橙皮苷计算应不低于3 000。结果橙皮苷线性范围为0.020 9～0.209 0 mg/mL,平均加样回收率为99.86%,RSD值为1.88%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,可作为宁嗽化痰丸质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Ningfeng Huatan pill. Methods LabAlliance instrument was used in the United States. The chromatographic column was ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.5% acetic acid (39:61). The detection wavelength was 284 nm and the column temperature was 40 ℃. Volume flow 0.8 mL / min. Number of theoretical plates according to hesperidin calculation should not be less than 3 000. Results The linear range of hesperidin ranged from 0.020 9 to 0.209 0 mg / mL with an average recovery of 99.86% and a RSD value of 1.88%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for Ningfeng Huatan Pills.
