扒渣工作装置(扒臂)是扒渣机的主要组成部分,扒渣机作业效率依赖于扒臂的工作效率。在对扒臂进行运动轨迹分析基础上,基于牛顿-欧拉法对扒渣工作装置进行动力学建模,并利用MATLAB对模型分析计算,得出机构末端(斗齿尖)的速度、力曲线,分析出油缸的驱动参数。以广义惯性椭球理论对整个作业空间的动力学性能进行分析评价,为扒渣机的结构设计和运动控制提供数据支持。
