鞍山钢铁公司在生产中碳铬锰硅钼稀土钢板时发现,该钢锭开坯后试轧钢板时板材表面产生锯齿状横向裂纹,在低倍断口试样中含有椭圆状冶金缺陷。有人曾认为这种宏观冶金缺陷是钢中白点,属于氢损伤所致,这样生产的两炉钢锭被误判造成巨大浪费,同时也有人提出了异议。为此,我们采用金相万能显微镜、电子光学分析仪电解分离夹杂物法、测定钢中残余气体(氧、氮、氢)和化学成分鉴定等手段,弄清了钢板产生裂纹原因和椭圆状冶金

To this end, we use metallurgical microscope, electron spectroscopy electrolytic separation of inclusions method, the determination of residual gases in the steel (oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen) and chemical composition identification and other means to find out the causes of cracks in steel and oval metallurgy
