以三聚氰胺、磷酸三甲酚和聚磷酸铵为氮源和磷源,研究了磷和氮两种元素对天然多羟 基高分子化合物-淀粉的热降解成炭行为的影响;结合热重分析(TG)和极限氧指数(LOI)等对膨胀 体系(淀粉/磷/氮/季戊四醇)中的成炭和阻燃效能进行分析。结果表明磷和氮两种元素的存在有利 于淀粉的热降解和成炭,而且磷、氮协同作用对淀粉的成炭贡献显著,以淀粉为碳源对高分子材料的 阻燃性能起到了良好的作用。
The effects of phosphorus and nitrogen on the thermal degradation of natural polyhydroxy compound - starch were investigated by using melamine, tricresyl phosphate and ammonium polyphosphate as nitrogen and phosphorus sources. Combined with TG (Thermal Gravimetric Analysis) And Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) were used to analyze the carbonization and flame retardancy in the expanded system (starch / phosphorus / nitrogen / pentaerythritol). The results show that the presence of phosphorus and nitrogen are conducive to the thermal degradation of starch and carbon formation, and phosphorus and nitrogen synergies contribute significantly to the formation of starch, starch as a carbon source for the flame retardant polymer materials played a good Role.
