策划前言已经过去的2009的一件大事,就是于岁末纳入国家战略的黄河三角洲发展规划,这件事让中国上下把目光投向了这个“最后”的三角洲。毕竟这是山东获批的第一个国家战略。在刚刚结束不久的山东“两会”上,“黄三角”已成为各参会代表议论的最热门话题。
Planning a major event for 2009 that has passed is the Yellow River Delta development plan that was incorporated into the national strategy at the end of the year.
