为进一步加强水文工作,确保我省水文测报基础设施及水文行业管理工作与国民经济和社会发展需要相适应,经省政府批准,吉林省人民政府办公厅下发了《关于加强水文工作的通知》。《通知》就加强水文行业管理,加快水文现代化建设步伐,加强对水文测报设施的管理和保护,关心支持水文事业的发展等方面提出明确要求。
In order to further strengthen hydrological work and ensure the hydrological metrology infrastructure and hydrological industry management in our province to meet the needs of national economy and social development, with the approval of the provincial government, the General Office of Jilin Provincial People’s Government issued the “Notice on Strengthening Hydrological Work” . The Circular sets forth specific requirements on strengthening the management of the hydrological industry, accelerating the pace of the modernization of hydrology, strengthening the management and protection of hydrological survey and reporting facilities, and caring for and supporting the development of hydrological undertakings.
