“互联网+”教学创新共同体机制研究与实践探索r——以微课应用创新研究合作共同体为例

在互联网技术发展迅猛的今天,教育迎来了“互联网+”的新机遇与挑战.教育教学模式在“互联网+”的发展态势下,逐步实现学习与教学从原来“线性封闭”的目标与任务向“联通开放”的转变.文章以微课为发展核心,构建了可视化学习共同体平台,开发了与教学实际相适应的微课系列资源,通过理论研究、实践操作、技术传导、推广应用等方式,培养微课应用、微课制作、教学创新的骨干教师队伍,优化了课堂教学结构,促进了个性化学习与差异化教学发展,形成个性鲜明的教学风格与教学模式,为教育公平、均衡与优质发展提供了强有力的支撑.
