目的:研究新启用手术器械的最佳清洗方法。方法:将新启用器械172件随机均分为四组,A组:常水冲洗+多酶浸泡+刷洗;B组:热水冲洗+多酶浸泡+刷洗;C组:热水冲洗+碱性清洁剂浸泡+多酶浸泡+刷洗;D组:热水冲洗+碱性清洁剂浸泡+刷洗。结果:C组、D组清洗效果明显优于A组和B组,差异有统汁学意义(P<0.01)。结论:热水冲洗+碱性清洁剂浸泡+刷洗方法适用于新启用器械的清洗,保证清洗质量,值得推广。
Objectives: To study the best method of cleaning a newly-enabled surgical instrument. Methods: One hundred and seventy-two new instruments were randomly divided into four groups: group A: water rinse + multiple enzyme soaking + brushing; group B: hot water rinse + multiple enzyme soaking + brushing; group C: Detergent soaked + more enzyme soaked + brushing; Group D: hot water rinse + alkaline detergent soaked + brushing. Results: The cleaning effect of group C and group D was obviously better than that of group A and group B (P <0.01). Conclusion: Hot water rinsing + alkaline detergent immersion + scrubbing method is suitable for the newly-enabled cleaning of instruments, ensuring the cleaning quality and worth promoting.
