根据液压支架的设计参数,首先运用Pro/E对超静定液压支架进行三维建模和虚拟装配,然后利用其运动仿真模块Mechanism进行运动仿真分析,最后将模型导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析。这种设计方法提高了设计效率,缩短了设计周期,同时提高了液压支架设计的可靠性。
According to the design parameters of the hydraulic support, three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly of the statically indeterminate hydraulic support are firstly carried out by Pro / E. Then the motion simulation analysis is carried out by using its motion simulation module Mechanism. Finally, the model is imported into ANSYS Workbench for finite element analysis. This design method improves design efficiency, shortens the design cycle, and increases the reliability of the hydraulic support design.
