一、“九五”期间全国企业管理人员培训工作回顾 (一) 工商管理培训稳步推进。工商管理培训作为“九五”期间企业管理人员培训的主体内容,近年来在全国深入开展,成效显著,并得到社会各界的广泛关注,目前已在全国31个省、自治区、直辖市全面展开。培训的覆盖面已从单纯的国有经济延伸到整个经济领域;从大中型企业延伸到中小型企业;从工业企业延伸到商贸、金融、服务等企业。据不完全统计,“九五”期间全国企业管理人员参加工商
I. Review of the National Enterprise Management Training During the Ninth Five-year Plan Period (I) Steady progress in business administration training. As the main body of the training of enterprise managers during the Ninth Five-year Plan, business administration training has been carried out throughout the country in recent years with remarkable results and widespread concern from all sectors of the society. At present, it has been carried out in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. The coverage of training has extended from purely state-owned economy to the entire economy; from medium and large-sized enterprises to small and medium-sized enterprises; and from industrial enterprises to businesses such as commerce and trade, finance and service.
