开放式创新背景下,科技型企业创新显现出不同的特点。企业创新不能仅依靠内部资源,更应该充分整合好内外部资源,使得企业立于竞争的不败之地。以中小科技型企业为研究对象,在智力资本三模式(人力资本、组织资本、关系资本)结构的分析框架下,通过问卷调研的方式,探索智力资本与创新绩效的关系,有着一定的研究意义。
Under the background of open innovation, the innovation of science and technology enterprises shows different characteristics. Enterprise innovation can not rely solely on internal resources, but should also be fully integrated internal and external resources, making the company an invincible position in the competition. Taking small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises as the research object, it is of great significance to explore the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation performance under the framework of the three models of intellectual capital (human capital, organizational capital and relational capital) .
