加蓬大布巴哈水电站项目位于加蓬东南弗朗斯维尔附近的奥果韦河上。该项目包含一座混合型重力坝,主坝中间为部分为碾压混凝土,两侧为粘土心墙堆石坝,该项目分两期建设,一期装机160MW(单机40MW),二期装机120MW,二期建设完成后总装机280MW。本合同内容为一期工程。该水电站为EPC总承包项目,项目较多,专业跨度大,加上工程区地质条件较复杂,项目管理难度较大。该项目按业主要求的工期顺利完成,2008年11月15日开工,2013年8月投入正常的发电运行,该电站的建设得到业主方的高度评价。
Gabon’s Dambulba Hydroelectric Project is located on the Ogoway near Seymourville, Gabon. The project consists of a hybrid gravity dam, the middle part of the main dam is a roller compacted concrete, and the two sides are clay core rockfill dam. The project is planned to be constructed in two phases, with a installed capacity of 160MW (single 40MW), installed capacity of 120MW, After the completion of the second phase of the total installed capacity of 280MW. This contract is a project. The hydropower station is an EPC general contracting project with a large number of projects and a large span of specialties. In addition, the geological conditions in the project area are complex and the project management is more difficult.
