目前,我国已有80%以上大中型企业实行厂长负责制,到今年年底以前全国全民所有制企业将普遍实行这种制度。实行厂长负责制以后,如何按照党政分开的原则,如何进一步改进和加强企业思想政治工作,是一个新形势下的新课题。就此本刊记者访问了国家经委副主任,中国企业管理协会会长袁宝华。袁宝华讲述了党政分开以后要改进思想政治工作。
At present, over 80% of our country’s large and medium-sized enterprises have implemented the factory director responsibility system. By the end of this year, such a system will be universally implemented by all the people-owned enterprises in the country.
