20世纪90年代以来,伴随着信息处理技术的发展,特别是互联网络技术的应用,世界各国都在关注着本国的国家行政信息化的建设问题。我国政府对此问题也十分重视,投入了大量的人力和财力搞适合中国国情的电子政务信息系统的建设,以此来利用电子政务信息系统行使政府机构的执法和管理的职能。本文从电子政务信息系统的应用角度,简要介绍电子政务信息系统的概念、应用领域以及电子政务信息系统在政府职能和管理中的作用。同时,针对电子政务信息系统应用的问题及其解决的策略进行说明。
Since the 1990s, with the development of information processing technology, especially the application of Internet technology, all countries in the world are paying attention to the construction of national administrative information in their own countries. The Chinese government also attaches great importance to this issue and has devoted a great deal of manpower and financial resources to building an e-government information system suitable for China's national conditions so as to utilize the E-government information system to exercise its functions of law enforcement and administration. This essay briefly introduces the concept of e-government information system, its application field and the role of e-government information system in government functions and management from the perspective of the application of e-government information system. At the same time, the application of e-government information system issues and strategies to explain.
