目的了解宝鸡地区人群的血脂水平及血脂异常发生率。方法选择在本院参加健康体检的15 873例健康人,清晨空腹采集静脉血,使用罗氏cobas8000全自动生化分析仪检测血清中TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C的含量,统计人群的血脂水平和血脂异常发生率。检测结果按性别、年龄组进行对比分析。结果宝鸡地区人群TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平分别为4.61 mmol/L、1.57 mmol/L、1.38 mmol/L、2.71 mmol/L。TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C异常率男性分别为20.8%、33.0%、20.2%、10.3%,女性分别为13.9%、21.7%、13.8%、7.9%。宝鸡地区血脂异常主要以甘油三酯为主,男性高于女性。血脂异常在宝鸡地区人群中具有较高的发生率,男性年轻化趋势明显,女性随年龄增长呈上升趋势。结论各地区应根据年龄、性别建立自己的参考范围,建议可根据分布特点进行广泛医疗健康教育提高人们的保健意识,调整饮食结构,纠正饮食习惯,开展针对性的干预预防和控制高血脂,减少心脑血管疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the blood lipid level and the incidence of dyslipidemia in Baoji area. Methods A total of 15 873 healthy volunteers who participated in the physical examination in our hospital were enrolled in the study. Fasting blood samples were collected in the morning and the contents of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were detected by Roche cobas 8000 automated biochemical analyzer. Results The levels of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in Baoji area were 4.61 mmol / L, 1.57 mmol / L, 1.38 mmol / L and 2.71 mmol / L, respectively. The abnormal rates of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were 20.8%, 33.0%, 20.2% and 10.3% in males and 13.9%, 21.7%, 13.8% and 7.9% in females respectively. In Baoji region, the main dyslipidemia is triglyceride, and the male is higher than the female. Dyslipidemia in Baoji area population has a higher incidence of men’s obvious trend of younger, women increased with age is on the rise. Conclusion All regions should establish their own reference range according to their age and gender. It is suggested that a wide range of medical and health education should be carried out according to the distribution characteristics to raise people’s awareness of health care, adjust diet structure, correct diet, carry out targeted interventions to prevent and control hyperlipidemia, Occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
