清洁生产技术作为与现行工业污染防治模式载然不同的一种新型生产模式,它着眼于从根本上解决环境污染问题,是实现可持续发展战略的有效途径。因此,如何推动企业的清洁生产技术采用行为就成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。本文对清洁生产技术的采用特征进行了研究,并把其影响因素归纳为技术特性系统和动力系统两大类,并以实证数据为支持,分析了技术特性系统内技术可获得性、有效性和可获利性对于企业清洁生产技术采用行为的影响,阐明了采用的主要动力源。
As a new production mode that is different from the current industrial pollution prevention and control model, cleaner production technology focuses on fundamentally solving environmental pollution problems and is an effective way to achieve a sustainable development strategy. Therefore, how to promote the adoption of cleaner production technology in enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the characteristics of the adoption of cleaner production technologies are studied, and the influencing factors are summed up into two major categories: technical characteristics system and power system. With the support of empirical data, the technical availability and effectiveness within the technical characteristics of the system are analyzed. Profitability influences the adoption behavior of clean production technologies in enterprises and clarifies the main sources of power used.
