目前国内岩石抗压强度试验均采用规则岩石试验(正方体或园柱体),加工岩石需耗费大量人力、物力。在矿山和生产现场,大多不具备这些条件,很难做规则岩石的抗压强度试验。这个问题近年来引起了广大科技工作者的注意。1980年我院采煤教研室乔福祥等同志首先开始研制轻型岩石强度试验仪,在此基础上材料力学教研室继续研制,最近由该室邢凤梧、缪协兴、张树东等同志研制出第四代样机。经过大量不规则岩石试验,证明试验机性能良好,完全满足不规则岩石试验的要求。
Current domestic rock compressive strength tests are used regular rock test (cube or cylinder), processing rock requires a lot of manpower and material resources. In mining and production sites, most do not have these conditions, it is difficult to do regular rock compressive strength test. In recent years, this issue has drawn the attention of a large number of scientific and technological workers. In 1980, our school's coal-mining teaching and research department, Qiao Fu-xiang and other commenters first started to develop light rock strength testers. On the basis of this, the Department of Materials Mechanics continued to develop. Recently, the fourth generation prototypes were developed by Xing Fengwu, Miao Hsien Hing and Zhang Shudong. After a large number of irregular rock test, the test machine proved good performance, fully meet the requirements of irregular rock test.
