随着工农业生产的发展,人口的增多,水的供需矛盾日益突出。我国已把有效保护水资源和节约用水列为一项基本国策,因此探讨节水的新技术、新方法,就成为当务之急。 节水的途径很多,除了采取行政、经济手段,健全法规,加强管理外,依靠科学技术是一条重要途径。靠科技节水归纳起来有两条:第一条是采用先进技术,改革生产工艺,使其不用水或少用水。如冶金方面改高炉煤气洗涤湿法除尘为干法除尘;面粉加工改小麦冲洗去除砂尘为基本不用水,采用空气冷却、汽化冷却代替水冷却等技术。第二条是生产过程的总用水量虽然不能减少,但要尽量提高水的重复利用率,减少新
