目前在多排叶轮机械流动数值模拟中,基于掺混面模型的定常计算方法得到了广泛应用,同时非定常计算方法由于可获得更详尽的流动信息也日益得到重视。本文采用四种具有代表性的掺混面模型和非定常方法,分别对某单级跨音速压气机和某1.5级亚音速涡轮进行流动数值模拟,分析了不同掺混面模型对交界面和出口处气动参数守恒性、径向分布的影响;同时将掺混面模型结果与非定常时均结果进行了对比,以期寻找一种交界面守恒性好、计算鲁棒性强的掺混面模型。
At present, in the numerical simulation of multi-row impeller mechanical flow, the steady-state calculation method based on the mixed-surface model has been widely used, and the unsteady calculation method has received more and more attention due to the availability of more detailed flow information. In this paper, four representative mixed plane models and unsteady methods are used to simulate the flow of a single-stage transonic compressor and a subsonic 1.5 subsonic turbine respectively.
