补中益气汤为李东垣《脾胃论》中方剂,历来广泛应用于多种内科疾病的治疗,疗效肯定。而笔者改内服为外用,治疗外伤及皮肤疾病,也取得满意疗效,现举验案两则于下。1 创伤性溃疡 李某,男,40岁,工人,1995年3月15日诊。因工作时从高处摔下致右下肢局部闭合性损伤,住某院骨伤科治疗1个半月,损伤部位感染溃烂,转外科清创、换药、抗感染等综合治疗2个月,创面经久不愈,遂请中医会诊。诊见右下肢两处溃疡,膝关节下内侧约4cm×9cm,外侧3cm×11cm。溃疡边缘结痂、色暗,创面淡红,中心无皮岛,有稀薄脓液。全身症状见面白神差,
