我院于1958年上半年收治再生障碍性貧血一例,以中葯治疗牧到良好的效果,茲报告如下: 患者韓明泰,男,15岁,因間歇性鼻(血及)、牙齦出血已二年,加剧伴以周身发燒已20天,于1958年2月21日住院。近20多天来常鼻衄,約2—3天一次,每次流血190—200西西。大便呈柏油样。入院时查体:体温38.2℃,血压120/80,脉搏每120/分。慢性病容,面色蒼白、浮肿,皮膚及口腔粘膜有出血点,淋巴結不肿大,舌淡,舌表平滑,矛齦浮肿,心尖区有二級收縮期杂音。血常規:紅血球115万,血色素3.5克,白血球3700,中性52％,淋巴34％,单核2％,
