一、财政监察工作的重要性:财政监察工作是一项新的工作,其所以必要,是因为我们必须消除财务工作中违法乱纪的现象,使财务工作充分发挥它的力量,为国家大规模经济建设服务。「三反」中暴露了财政工作上的问题很多,贪污浪费大,给国家造成了严重损失。「三反」中也发现了很多违法乱纪的事实,应引起我们足够的警惕。因此为了巩固「三反」成果,杜绝贪污浪费,保证国家资金的合理使用,特设立了专门的「财政监察机构」。中央很重视这项工作。我省有六十多人,主要任务是与违反财政纪律,违犯法纪的现象作闘争,使国家资金发挥巨大作用。

The central government attaches great importance to this work. There are more than 60 people in our province. The main task is to contend with violating financial discipline and violating the law and discipline, so that state funds can play a significant role.
