行政诉讼法实施近二十年来,对于保障公民权利、促进行政管理法治化起到了重要作用。但现行的行政诉讼制度在实践中也暴露出一些问题,如行政案件数量偏低、行政案件撤诉率高、行政判决执行难等。本文正是通过揭示我国行政诉讼发展的现状,分析其原因,从而找出行政诉讼发展的未来之路。
Since the implementation of Administrative Litigation Law over the past two decades, it has played an important role in safeguarding citizens’ rights and promoting the administration of law by law. However, the current system of administrative litigation also exposes some problems in practice, such as the low number of administrative cases, the high withdrawal rate of administrative cases and the difficult implementation of administrative judgments. This article precisely reveals the current situation of the development of administrative litigation in our country and analyzes its causes so as to find out the future of the development of administrative litigation.
