介绍了一种新型H桥驱动器TX-DA841HD,该电路具有强大的IGBT驱动与保护功能,可以选择四路直接驱动和桥臂互补驱动两种工作模式。电路具有IGBT的短路阈值、保护盲区时间、盲区时间设置等功能,短路保护运用缓降栅压结合软关断技术,软降栅压时间可通过外接电路自由整定。电路本身自带隔离驱动电源。试验证明该电路具有良好的驱动及保护能力。
This paper introduces a new type of H-bridge driver TX-DA841HD, which has powerful IGBT driving and protection functions and can choose between four direct driving modes and two complementary driving mode modes. Circuit with IGBT short-circuit threshold, the protection of dead time, blind time setting and other functions, the use of slow-down gate voltage protection with soft-off technology, soft down gate voltage can be freely set by the external circuit. Circuit itself comes with isolated drive power. Test shows that the circuit has good driving and protection capabilities.
