本文针对桩冠修复生物力学研究领域所存在的问题,如模型设计过于简化,多采用二维模型或旋转对称体模型,没有考虑到材料的物理性能与应力分布的关系等,以上颌中切牙烤瓷桩冠作为研究对象,采用三维有限元法对有桩与无桩,以及不同材料的桩对牙本质应力分布的影响问题进行了研究。
In this paper, the problems existing in the field of biomechanical restoration of post crown are discussed. For example, the design of the model is too simplistic, the two-dimensional model or rotational symmetry model is used, the relationship between the physical properties and stress distribution is not considered, Porcelain crowns as the research object, the use of three-dimensional finite element method for the pile with and without pile, and the effect of different materials on the dentin stress distribution of the pile were studied.
