昆明市安全生产监督管理局和昆明市工商局日前联合发文,着手对该市以悬挂作业方式从事建筑物外墙和广告牌的清洗,装饰等作业的企业进行安全监管。 昆明市拟定的《昆明市高处悬挂作业安全管理暂行办法》要求:从事高空清洗作业的企业必须建立、健全安全生产责任制;从事高空清洗作业的设备必须符合国家有关安全标准和行业标准;高处悬挂作业所使用工具,器材、水管等都必须有可靠的防坠措施;高空清洗工作人员则必须能正确熟练地使用保险带和安全绳,安全绳应牢固可靠,无特殊安全
