目的 探讨巩膜表面径线定位新方法 ,提高眼内异物摘出手术效果。方法 根据眼外肌、涡静脉在巩膜表面不同时钟方位及功能 ,对 5 1例 5 1眼眼内及眼球壁异物患者 ,运用眼外肌、涡静脉巩膜表面径线定位切口摘出异物 ,并与角膜缘标记法对比。结果 一次性切口摘出异物成功率、并发症发生率、脱盲率均有较大差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 眼外肌、涡静脉解剖学径线定位法 ,简单易行 ,创伤小 ,眼球前后段径线位均较准确可靠 ,优于角膜缘标记法。
Objective To explore a new method of locating the diameter of scleral surface and improve the effect of intraocular foreign body removal. Methods According to the orientation and function of extraocular muscles and vortex veins on the surface of sclera at different clocks, 51 patients with 51 eyes of intraocular and ocular wall were enrolled in this study. Conclusion The extracorporeal muscle and vortex vein anatomical radial positioning method is simple and easy to operate with less trauma and more accurate and reliable radial line position than the limbal marker.
