围绕冷轧金属复合板的结合机理,通过改变表面处理的打磨磨具(钢丝刷和砂带),研究了表面处理磨具对冷轧4A60铝/08Al钢复合板结合性能的影响。结果表明,同等条件下,采用砂带表面处理获得的钢表面优于钢丝刷处理后的钢表面;采用目数为150~180号砂带表面处理有利于4A60铝/08Al钢复合,获得的面粗糙度约为3.2μm,铝/钢界面结合强度最高约为80 MPa。
Based on the bonding mechanism of cold-rolled metal clad plate, the effect of surface-treated abrasive on the bonding properties of cold-rolled 4A60Al / 08Al steel clad plate was investigated by changing the surface-treated sanding abrasives (wire brush and belt). The results show that under the same conditions, the surface of the steel obtained by belt surface treatment is better than that of the steel wire brush. The surface of the belt with the mesh number of 150-180 is favorable for the composite of 4A60Al / 08Al steel.
