在2007年全国信息产业工作会议上,王旭东部长指出,2007年信息产业发展的宏观目标是:实现增加值1.86万亿元,其中电子信息产业1.33万亿元,通信业5300亿元。通信业务总量1.87万亿元,增长23%;非话音业务收入所占比重达到30%。发展固定电话、移动电话用户7000万户,总数达到9亿户,普及率分别达到29%和39.4%;固定资产投资2000亿元以上。电子信息产业实现销售收入5.8万亿元,增长22%。其中,软件与系统集成销售额5800亿元,增长21%;利税总额2350亿元,增长7%;出口总额3900亿美元,增长14%。
At the 2007 National Information Industry Conference, Minister Wang Xudong pointed out that the macro objective of the development of the information industry in 2007 was to realize a value added of 1.86 trillion yuan, of which 1.33 trillion yuan was for the electronic information industry and 530 billion yuan for the communications industry. The total volume of communications business 1.87 trillion yuan, an increase of 23%; non-voice business revenue share of 30%. The number of fixed telephone and mobile phone users will reach 70 million with a total of 900 million. The penetration rate will reach 29% and 39.4% respectively. Among them, the software and system integration sales of 580 billion yuan, an increase of 21%; total profits and taxes 235 billion yuan, an increase of 7%; total exports of 390 billion U.S. dollars, up 14%.
