新医改的主要目的是为了更好的提高医院服务质量以及服务水平,尤其是对公立医院,更有着特殊的要求,因为公立医院本身就具有一定的公益性服务性质,是广大人民共同关注的服务平台,因此在公立医院发展过程中,要完全考虑到自身的服务特点以及发展需要,在财务管理方面也要做出适当的改革,重新设定目标,并找出实现目标的有效途径。文章中针对新医改下公立医院财务管理目标及实现途径进行分析,为公立医院发展提供参考。
The main purpose of the new medical reform is to better improve the quality of hospital services and services, especially for public hospitals, but also have special requirements, because public hospitals themselves have a certain nature of public service, which is the common concern of the general public. Therefore, in the process of public hospital development, we must take full account of its own service characteristics and development needs, make appropriate reforms in financial management, re-set goals and find effective ways to achieve the goal. The article analyzes the goal of public hospital financial management under new medical reform and the way to realize it, and provides a reference for the development of public hospital.
