目的调查深圳市中学生西式快餐就餐频次、选择西式快餐的原因以及对西式快餐营养状况的认识情况,为下一步的干预提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,于2012年2月调查在西式快餐厅就餐的学生,使用问卷进行面对面调查。结果共调查240位在西式快餐厅就餐的学生,平均年龄为(12.58±1.68)岁;深圳市中学生在上月中曾经在西式快餐就餐的中学生占77.08%,男女生就餐频次的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中学生选择西式快餐厅就餐的原因主要为卫生好(17.50%)、位置方便(15.83%)、有营养(10.83%)和价格便宜(10.83%);在对西式餐厅营养知识掌握方面,42.00%的中学生认为食物搭配合理,54.58%的中学生认为营养价值高,62.5%的中学生认为热能含量高。结论深圳市中学生西式快餐的就餐频次较高,对西式快餐营养知识掌握程度较差,有必要针对调查研究发现的就餐原因对学生进行健康教育。
Objective To investigate the frequency of Western-style fast food meals for middle school students in Shenzhen and the reasons for choosing Western-style fast food as well as their understanding of the nutritional status of Western-style fast food so as to provide a reference for the next intervention. Methods The method of convenience sampling was used to survey students who dined in Western fast food restaurants in February 2012 and conducted a face-to-face survey using a questionnaire. Results A total of 240 students dined in western fast-food restaurants were surveyed, with an average age of (12.58 ± 1.68) years old. Shenzhen secondary school students once consumed 77.08% of middle school students in Western-style fast food during the previous month. There was no significant difference in the frequency of males and females eating (P> 0.05). Middle-school students chose Western fast-food restaurants to dine mainly because of good health (17.50%), convenient location (15.83%), nutritious (10.83%) and cheap (10.83% In terms of knowledge, 42.00% of middle school students think food is reasonable, 54.58% of middle school students think that nutritional value is high, and 62.5% of middle school students think high content of heat energy. Conclusion Western fast food in Shenzhen middle school students have a higher frequency of meals and less knowledge of Western fast food nutrition knowledge. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out health education for students according to the reasons of eating and drinking found in the investigation.
