近几年来,笔者采用我院研制的新药复方胆豆胶囊治疗因正气亏虚、瘀血阻络所致的妇科杂病,效果良好,现简介如下。 1 药物制备健猪胆20个,绿豆250g,生黄芪60g,当归、川芎各30g,益母草60g,香附、延胡索各20g,大黄15g,甘草12g。先将猪胆汁倒入有盖杯内,放入绿豆密封3天,此时胆汁已浸透绿豆,取出与诸药一起放入温箱中烤干研末过筛装入0.3空胶囊内备用。常用量1日3次,每次15g。
