Direct carotid cavernous fistula (CCF) is a direct anastomosis between the internal carotid artery and cavernous sinus. CCF occurred in the facial trauma, and even minor facial trauma, also found in the cavernous sinus aneurysm rupture, dysplasia of the cranial blood vessels and other muscle fibers.
