丽江高等旅游人才培养模式是我国旅游人才培养模式创新不可缺少的组成部分,为丽江旅游行业培养了许多旅游专业人才,为促进丽江旅游业的发展做出了积极贡献。但是由于丽江旅游教育起步较晚,不可避免的存在一些问题。本文从丽江高校旅游人才培养模式的角度分析丽江高校旅游人才培养模式的角度分析丽江高等旅游人才培养中存在的问题,并试图找出改进策略。
Lijiang Higher Tourism Talents Training Mode is an indispensable part of the innovation of tourism personnel training mode in our country. It has trained many tourism professionals for Lijiang tourism industry and made positive contribution to the development of tourism in Lijiang. However, due to the late start of tourism education in Lijiang, inevitably there are some problems. This paper analyzes the problems of Lijiang advanced tourism talents cultivation from the perspective of training model of tourism talents in Lijiang University and tries to find out the improvement strategies.
