试验研究了不同时期喷施不同种类的外源多胺对新红星苹果坐果的影响。结果表明,盛花期、盛花后2周喷施1×10-4~1×10-6mol·L-1的Put和1×10-5~1×10-6mol·L-1的Spd均能显著提高新红星苹果的坐果率;喷施Spm的效应与喷施时期有关,盛花期喷施1×10-3~1×10-6mol·L-1的Spm对新红星苹果坐果效应较小,而盛花后2周喷施1×10-3~1×10-6mol·L-1的Spm则显著提高新红星苹果坐果率。
The effects of spraying different kinds of exogenous polyamines on the fruit setting of New Star apple during different periods were studied. The results showed that spraying 1 × 10-4 ~ 1 × 10-6 mol·L-1 Put and 1 × 10-5 ~ 1 × 10-6 mol·L-1 Spd both in full bloom and full bloom 2 weeks after blooming were significant The effect of spraying Spm was related to spraying period. Spm of 1 × 10-3 ~ 1 × 10-6mol·L-1 sprayed at full flowering stage had less effect on fruit setting of new red apple, The Spm of spraying 1 × 10-3 ~ 1 × 10-6 mol·L-1 2 weeks after flowering significantly increased the fruit setting rate of New Red Apple.
