目的观察翼状胬肉逆行切除联合带蒂球结膜瓣移植术的临床疗效。方法回顾分析原发性翼状胬肉95例(95眼)的临床资料,行逆行切除联合带蒂球结膜瓣移植术45例(45眼)为治疗组,行单纯切除术50例(50眼)为对照组,比较两组疗效。结果随访6~18月,治疗组中有2眼复发,复发率为4.4%;对照组中有15眼复发,复发率为30%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉逆行切除联合带蒂球结膜瓣移植疗效优于单纯切除组。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of retrograde resection of pterygium combined with pedicle conjunctival flap transplantation. Methods The clinical data of 95 patients with primary pterygium (95 eyes) were retrospectively analyzed. Forty-five patients (45 eyes) with retrograde resection combined with pedicle conjunctival flap transplantation were treated by radical resection and 50 cases (50 eyes) For the control group, the two groups were compared. Results The follow-up ranged from 6 to 18 months. There were 2 eyes relapsed in the treatment group with a recurrence rate of 4.4%. In the control group, 15 eyes relapsed and the recurrence rate was 30%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions Pterygium retrograde resection combined with pedicle conjunctival flap transplantation is better than simple resection group.
