从基层一线选拔优秀人才充实各级党政领导机关,建立来自基层一线的干部培养选拔链,是中央提出的明确要求,是新形势下深化干部人事制度改革的重要课题。近年来,潍坊市坚持把基层一线作为培养选拔市直机关干部的重要阵地,先后从县、乡基层一线公开遴选了351名干部充实到市级党政领导机关,占同期新调入人员总数的90%以上,树立了重视基层的用人导向,激发了干部队伍的生机与活力。
