人体平衡,是指人在运动中藉中枢神经和肌肉伸缩,以维持身体的稳定。当人体运动时,有稳定平衡、不稳定平衡和随遇平衡三种状态。人体无论是在静止或运动时,都必须保持平衡。倘若失去平衡,就会出现跌倒,或站立不稳等现象,严重时还会引起恶心呕吐等反应。尤其是人到了中年以后,这种现象比较明显。那么,对于这种反应,可以通过运动锻炼加以克服、改善。
