团学工作是对高校共青团和学生会工作的统称,也是高校加强学生管理和提升办学质量的重要工作之一。近年来,民办高校在蓬勃发展的同时,由于学生思想观念的变化,迫使团学工作也不得不进行改革。“项目化”原本是企业管理中的概念,将“项目化”引入民办高校的共青团工作中,既可以充分利用高校内部的资源,为发挥共青团职能提供良好的环境,又可以起到锻炼学生、培养优秀团干部队伍的作用,为建设具有“时代特征、长春特色”的民办高校团学活动品牌奠定了基础。
