由中国科学院和国家自然科学基金会联合主办,委托上海光机所承办的93’青年学者激光学术讨论会于1993年8月26日～29日在上海天马大酒店举行。来自中国、美国、日本、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚、意大利、德国、法国等9个国家的80余名青年学者参加了讨论会。本届会议旨在增进我国留学人员与国内青年科技人员之间的学术交流、友谊和合作,促进我国的激光事业的发展。在27日上午的开幕式上,中国光学界的前辈、学部委员王大衍教授就中国光学早期发展史
93 ’Young Scholar Laser Symposium hosted by Shanghai Institute of Optics and Electronics was co-sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the National Natural Science Foundation of China held at the Tianma Grand Hotel in Shanghai from August 26 to 29, 1993. More than 80 young scholars from 9 countries including China, the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Italy, Germany and France attended the seminar. The purpose of this session is to promote academic exchanges, friendship and cooperation among Chinese students and young scientists and technologists in China so as to promote the development of China’s laser industry.
