文章针对的农村地区人口流动主要表现在性别、年龄及其职业的失衡,分析了人口流动对劳动力市场、产业结构、中国养老模式及消费、储蓄倾向及模式的影响,指出应对农村地区人口流动造成的人口结构失衡需要实行合理的人口政策,协调农村地区人口区域流动与经济的发展,合理配置和利用劳动力资源,建立和完善劳动保障体系及其大力发展老龄产业的合理化对策,促进我国农村地区经济更好的发展。
