本文涉及混合所有制经济为公有制经济与非公有制经济所组成的混合所有制经济。通过文献调研,简要梳理汇总了混合所有制经济的概念特征、发展历程以及国资国企发展混合所有制经济的实现途径、注意问题等相关研究成果,并在对普陀区国资系统企业发展混合所有制经济的现状进行了调研分析的基础上,提出了符合我区实际的、具有可操作性的实现混合所有制经济的发展途径。
This article deals with a mixed-ownership economy in which the ownership of the mixed economy is composed of a public-owned economy and a non-public-owned economy. Through literature review, this paper briefly summarizes the conceptual characteristics of the mixed ownership economy, its development history, the way of realizing the mixed ownership economy of state-owned enterprises in the state-owned capital, and the attention research issues. At the same time, On the basis of the research and analysis, put forward the development path that is in line with the actual situation in our region and feasible to achieve the mixed ownership economy.
