Catalytic determination of glucose with β-Cyclodextrin derivant was constructed by the reaction of β CD,maleic anhydride with iron trichloride in hydrogen peroxide.The method is simple and convenient.The sensitivity and reproducibility is ideal.The linear range is 30～160mg·L -1 ,the RSD is 0 404%(n=8).
