通过在商业软件MSC.Marc基础上二次开发,建立了黏弹塑性三维热-力耦合有限元模型,模拟铸坯在二冷区的展宽状况。结果显示:铸坯的展宽主要产生于二冷区的前段,在前6个扇形段,铸坯的目标展宽率有逐渐增加的趋势;铸坯的展宽与厚度方向上的鼓肚密切相关;数值模拟使用的黏弹塑模型揭示铸坯展宽规律与铸坯实际变形相符,铸坯展宽是坯壳在钢液芯静压力作用下发生黏弹塑变形的结果。
Based on the secondary development of commercial software MSC.Marc, a three-dimensional viscoelastic-plastic coupled thermo-mechanical finite element model was established to simulate the slab broadening in the second cooling zone. The results show that the slab broadening mainly occurs in the anterior section of the second cooling zone. In the first six sectors, the target broadening rate of the slab tends to increase gradually. The broadening of the slab is closely related to the bulge in the thickness direction. The viscoelastic model used in the simulation revealed that the rule of cast slab broadening is in accordance with the actual deformation of slab. The slab broadening is the result of visco-elastic deformation of the shell under the static pressure of molten steel.
