对非共线泵浦KTP光学参量振荡器的相位匹配过程进行了理论分析和实验研究。结果表明,非共线泵浦双通单谐振光学参量振荡器能够保持其双程增益的优点。使用非共线泵浦的KTP光学参量振荡器,在非共线角度超过1°时,仍实现了31%的1.06μm泵浦光向1.57μm人眼安全激光的能量转换效率。
The phase matching process of non-collinear pumping KTP optical parametric oscillator is theoretically analyzed and experimentally studied. The results show that the non-collinear pumping double-pass single-resonant optical parametric oscillator can maintain its double-pass gain. Using a non-collinear pumped KTP optical parametric oscillator, the energy conversion efficiency of 31% of the 1.06 μm pump light to 1.57 μm human eye-safe laser is still achieved at non-collinear angles of more than 1 °.
