开展园本教研是实践《幼儿园教育指导纲要》的需要,更是教师专业化成长的有效途径。针对我园发展的基本现状:幼儿教师的专业素质较好,但教师的年龄、能力结构不合理和园本特色,需充分发挥教师的主体作用,立足于幼儿教师的教育教学实践。首先搞清楚什么是园本教研,其次怎样的园本教研才能促进教师的专业化成长,通过开展多元化的教研活动:分层教研、专题学习型教研、课题研究型教研、合作型教研等园本教研,促进教师的专业化成长。
Carrying out this teaching and researching is the need of practicing the “Guidance Outline of Kindergarten Education”, and it is also an effective way for teachers’ specialization to grow. In view of the basic status quo of the development of our park, the professional quality of kindergarten teachers is better. However, teachers’ age, ability and structure are irrational and should have the characteristics of campus.
