为了进一步探讨磷脂代谢障碍和膜损伤在克山病发病中的意义,对低硒低磷脂半合成饲料喂养的动物,作了较系统的实验研究结果表明,动物血硒及组织 GSH-Px 活性降低,组织的荧光色脂质增加,心电及心肌的超微结构出现异常,补硒可以改善上述改变、但对心肌的脂质组成,细胞色素氧化酶活性均不能恢复正常,只有同时补充硒和磷脂(尤其内源性磷脂)时,才能充分达到正常对照的水平。
